Tasting Note:
強烈的水果味,櫻桃,黑加侖子。 口感柔和圓潤,帶有濃郁的果味。 最好的葡萄在收穫結束時幹了,結果是果味濃度很高。

Notes:
Very dark red, intense bouquet of fruit such as cherries, blackcurrant and
damsons. Smooth and mellow, powerful yet approachable, great depth of fruity
flavour. Intense concentration of red/black fruit as a result of the best
grapes left to dry at the end of the harvest.
Serving guide:
Serve at room temperature. Allow to aerate for at least an hour

Western:
Pair with pasta with meat sauce or meat dishes. Try with Sicilian dishes such
as:
- Arancini (stuffed rice balls coated with bread crumbs and deep fried, usually
filled with minced meat, mozzarella and peas); and
- Pasta n’casciata (pressed pasta – macaroni with meatballs in ragù sauce, with
sliced hard-boiled eggs, grated pecorino, fried eggplant and garlic, baked in
the oven until the pasta is crispy all around).
