葡萄品種：100％西拉
葡萄酒釀造：破碎和粉碎所有的葡萄收穫。 葡萄的一部分是傳統的證明（葡萄浸漬在24°），另一個是thermovinificate（發酵在一個溫度的液體階段20°）。 在發酵結束時，2份混合比例為65/35。 老化在不銹鋼大桶。
顏色：一個很好的深紅色

Grown on the hottest and driest soils of the Languedoc, on dry and pebbly lands
Grape Varietals : 100 % Syrah

Vinification: Desteming and crushing of all grape harvest. A part of grapes is traditionally vinificate (maceration of grapes in 24°), other one is thermovinificate (fermentation in liquid stage in a temperature of 20°).
At the end of fermentation, the 2 parts are blending in a proportion 65/35.
Ageing in stainless steel vat.
Colour: a nice deep red colour
Nose: this wine delivers intense aromas
of red fruits and spices.
Mouth: Generous and supple wine with
silky tannins.
Advices: To be drunk with white meats
and poultry.
Serve between 16° and 18°.
