葡萄品種：100％加本力蘇維翁（Cabernet Sauvignon）
葡萄酒釀造：破碎和粉碎所有的葡萄收穫。 葡萄的一部分是傳統的vinificated（浸漬葡萄在26°），另一個是thermovinificate（發酵在一個溫度的液體階段20°）。 在發酵結束時，2份混合比例為40/60。
老化在不銹鋼大桶。

Grown on the hottest and driest soils of the Languedoc, on dry and pebbly lands.
Grape Varietals: 100 % Cabernet Sauvignon
Vinification: Desteming and crushing of all grape harvest. A part of grapes is traditionally vinificated (maceration of grapes in 26°), other one is thermovinificate (fermentationin liquid stage in a temperature
of 20°). At the end of fermentation, the 2 parts are blending in a proportion 40/60.
Ageing in stainless steel vat.
Colour: a nice purple red colour.
Nose: black fruits fragrances and vegetal flavours.
Mouth: this open and silky wine delivers fresh and spicy aromas.
Advices: Ideal with all red meats and grilled dishes.
Serve between 16 ° and 18 °.
