超簡單做法小教學:
Recommended Recipe 建議做法:
Mochi Bread Mix 麻薯預拌粉 ---- 500g
Water 水 ---- 150g
Egg 雞蛋 ---- 150g
Edible vegetable Oil 食用植物油 ---- 150g
將配方量好放入容器攪拌,慢速攪拌1分鐘,刮缸,然後再中速攪拌30秒至攪拌均勻。
參考烘烤溫度:上火170℃,下火150℃。烘烤時間25-30分鐘即可。
Mix the above ingredients thoroughly at low speed for 1 minute,
scrape and mix at middle speed for 30 seconds. Baking temperature:
Top 190℃, Bottom 170℃, baking time depending on batter weight.
Remarks: This is the basic recipe, customer can adapt it according to
need, including the recipe, mixing time, baking condition and so on.
Please used up the batter in 30 minutes to get the best application results.
