生長在最熱和最乾燥的土壤上朗格多克，在乾燥和卵石的土地上。

葡萄品種：100％蘇維翁

葡萄酒釀造：保護葡萄酒的氧化葡萄藤裝瓶。

機械作物，4小時後的浸漬皮膚在惰性氣氛中通過氣動壓制。在受控溫度下發酵（14°）。 在酒精結束時的架子發酵。

顏色：一個很好的淡黃色的顏色鼻子：這種酒散發出濃烈的香氣柑橘和異國情調的水果口：這種酒顯示酥脆和新鮮在嘴裡的筆記。

建議：沙拉，魚和貝類。

在10°C和12°C之間享用。

Vintage: 2018/19

Grown on the hottest and driest soils of the Languedoc, on dry and pebbly lands.

Grape Varietals :

100 % Sauvignon

Vinification: Protection of oxidation of thegrapevine of vine to bottling. Mechanical crop, Maceration skin of 4 hours followed by a pneumatic pressing in inert atmosphere.

Fermentation under controlled temperature (14 °). Racking at the end of alcoholic fermentation.

Colour: a nice pale yellow colour with green glints

Nose: this wine delivers intense aromas of citrus and exotic fruits

Mouth: this wine shows crispy and fresh notes in mouth.

Advices: Ideal with salads, fish and shellfish.

Serve cooled between 10°C and 12°C.
